Hot Mum Walk Club is heading to Sandgate, with a new fortnightly Tuesday walk set down for local mums looking for a relaxed way to get out, move and connect.
The group will meet at The Bay Sandgate, 231 Flinders Parade, from 9am on August 11 and then again on August 25. The walk is planned to start around 9.30am, after coffee. It will follow a 5km loop from Pool to Pier before finishing back at The Bay.
The event is being billed as a welcoming space for mums at different stages of life. Prams are welcome, and support people can come along too. In other words, it is set up to be an easy local outing rather than a formal fitness session.
